環氧樹脂膠263線圈之無刷永磁馬達與田口方法 RESEARCH OF EPOXY RESIN IN PERMANENTMAGNET BRUSHLESS MOTOR WITH TAGUCHI METHOD
Abstract Heat transfer is an important topic in motor design and analysis because the heat transfer characteristics influence the size and life directly. To design a reliable and economical high pressure high frequency motor, the internal structure of motor and temperature distribution must be known in advance. In order to resolve the heat ransfer problem, this study researched brushless permanent magnet motor with 263 coiling number and potting epoxy resin adhesive, used the software FLUENT 5.5 to simulate the heat transfer of potting compound and temperature distribution of motor parameters. Experiment was conducted to obtain the measurements, and the Taguchi Method was applied to determine the optimal process combination, so as to reduce heat transfer. The analyzed data can be used for motor process design in the hope of increasing the product yield rate. Keywords- Brushless permanent magnet motor, Thermal analysis, Epoxy resin,Taguchi method
